- Other systems by arrangement
The one-day Introductory course includes modules on the following:
- Getting initial control (e.g. the speed of your mouse & keystrokes)

- Moving and copying of objects
- Windows Explorer - for effective file management
- Finding the right information or the right object
- Considerations for networks
- Control Panel and other settings
- Controlling things on start-up
- Administrative tools
- Preventative action (virus-checking, backup, scandisk, defrag)
